Thank you for shopping with HansgroheDirect. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are manufactured in Germany and have a processing time of up to 99 days. Our team member will contact you personally over email or phone to confirm that this is acceptable to you. Upon confirmation and payment received, orders will be processed in 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Should there be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship within Singapore.
Shipment Cost
At the moment, we only accept orders above SGD1500. Free shipping applies to all orders.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
HansgroheDirect is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Please check with neighbours or building management
- Contact the carrier directly

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
